1 General Terms

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Bajl Live:

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts. Bajl Live reserves the right to hold any transaction suspected of fraud or money laundering.

Deposited funds will only be returned to the registered payment method used. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new account.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bajl Live:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If odds change after a bet is accepted due to a technical issue during live betting, Bajl Live reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the platform.
• Using automated software or programs to place bets is strictly prohibited.

If Bajl Live determines that any bet is part of suspicious activity, the payout for that bet may be withheld or voided. Bajl Live's decision in such matters is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajl Live and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or using fraudulent betting strategies.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds through Bajl Live.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Bajl Live may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Before closing an account, Bajl Live will endeavor to return any verified balance; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms and Conditions violations.

8 Limitation of Liability
